For properties that just need a little updating, we will give a full inspection and advice on what we believe would be good to update. This might be as simple as replacing the cutlery or the sofa. We are always conscious of what we advise and will only make suggestions if we feel it is a real necessity to help the guests stay more pleasurable and help your investment.
